Delivery Information

Dispatch and delivery are separate

For items held in stock, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days after payment clears. Items marked Available to order have an estimated dispatch time of 2–3 working days. These are dispatch estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Check the stock message for your selected product option. If an order contains items with different availability, contact us if you need a particular delivery date. We will contact you if availability changes or a delay affects your order.

Delivery charges

UK mainland delivery is free on orders of £30 or more after discounts. For orders below £30, UK mainland delivery is £5.95. The delivery charge and available services for your address are confirmed at checkout. For Northern Ireland or other destinations, check the rate at checkout or contact us before ordering.

Tracking and delivery services

The carrier and any tracking information are confirmed when your order is dispatched. We do not promise same-day, next-day or timed delivery unless a specific service has been agreed and priced before ordering.

If a parcel is damaged, missing or delayed, contact us with your order number so we can help. Please report damage promptly where possible. This does not limit your statutory rights.
