Ordering from Excel Med Supplies

These terms apply to purchases through excelmed.co.uk. Please check the product, selected option, quantity, delivery address and total before paying. Contact us promptly if you notice an error so we can help before dispatch.

Prices and VAT

Website prices include VAT by default where VAT is applicable. You can use the clearly labelled VAT toggle to view prices excluding VAT. The order total, applicable tax and delivery charge are confirmed at checkout. VAT relief is not automatic: contact us before ordering if you believe your purchase may qualify, so we can confirm any eligibility and evidence requirements.

Availability, dispatch and delivery

Stock information relates to the selected product option. Items available to order have an estimated dispatch time of 2–3 working days, with delivery time additional. See our Delivery Information for charges and dispatch information. Contact us before ordering if a specific date is essential. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you to agree a resolution, including a refund where appropriate.

Product information and professional equipment

Read the product information and manufacturer instructions before use. Product-specific training, professional-use or supply requirements may apply to some equipment. Where a listing requires verification before supply, contact us before ordering; we will explain the information required. Do not send patient information.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Returns Policy explains consumer cancellation rights, refunds and remedies for faulty goods. A request to report damage promptly does not shorten your legal rights. A product is not automatically non-returnable simply because it is a medical item or was ordered from a supplier.

Organisation purchases

Contact us for quotations, bulk requirements or purchase-order enquiries. Any organisation pricing or payment terms must be agreed before ordering. These website terms do not promise trade credit or a 30-day invoice account.

Your rights and personal information

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how personal information is handled.
